Action plan for development fairs


Date of Development Fair: - 09-11 January, 2018


Location: - All upazilas and districts of the country.




LGED's work plan


Goal: To prepare every upazila and district of the country to participate in the development fair and to be ready to receive the first prize.


 


Action Plan-1


Video made in Bengali language (made in Bengali by updating as much as possible keeping the theme of the current English video). The video will be delivered to each district within seven days.


 


Action Plan-2


CDs have been provided at the fair by designing three-sided banners / PVC for the design / construction of modern standard stalls with similar themes / themes. The CDs of the banner will be printed by the upazila / district itself. It will cost about 12,000 rupees. If the size of the stall is different instead of 8 * 18, you can customize it according to your own size.


 


Action Plan-3: Information Booklet


Upazila: A template of 12 page brochure has been prepared for each upazila. It will contain some common text. There will be a box for the picture. It can be printed in the district level printing press with some information and pictures prescribed by the district / upazila. It will cost around Rs 20,000 for every 1000 copies.


It is created in Adobe Illustrator File. It is in suttony MJ font. If you go to any printing house with your information (suttony MJ font) and pictures, you can print it in one or two days.
